What data we process

The website has no user accounts and no signup forms. If you contact us by email or phone, we may process the contact data you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message.

If you book a live demo, the booking runs through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google processes the details you enter there under Google's own privacy policy.

We also process limited technical data needed to operate the website, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, and basic security logs. We do not use this technical data to identify you as an individual.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use only cookies needed for the website and analytics cookies for Google Analytics 4, if you accept them in the consent banner.

Purposes and legal bases

We use contact data to reply to your message, arrange a demo, prepare an offer if you ask for one, and handle pre-contractual communication about Yobikoe. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken before entering into a contract.

We use technical data and short-lived server logs to operate, secure, debug, and protect the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in running a secure public website.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 only if you consent to analytics cookies. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent. You can decline analytics cookies and the website will work the same.

If we must keep or disclose data to meet a legal duty, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 and a cookie consent banner. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them.

If you decline analytics cookies, no analytics cookies are stored and no analytics identifiers are created for your visit. Declining analytics does not change how the website works.

We do not use marketing cookies, retargeting pixels, session replay tools, or sales CRM tracking on this website.

Recipients and subprocessors

We share personal data only where needed to run this website, communicate with you, or comply with the law.

Google provides Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google Calendar processes booking details under Google's own privacy policy.

Vercel hosts the website and keeps short-lived technical server logs, such as IP address and request time, to operate and secure the service.

We may also disclose data if required by law, a court, a public authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the website.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers, including Google and Vercel, may process data outside the EU/EEA. When that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards under GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

If our business or product is reorganized, merged, or transferred, relevant data may be transferred as part of that process. We will inform you where required by law.

Retention

We keep contact data only for as long as needed to handle your request, continue the business conversation, prepare an offer, or meet legal requirements.

If cooperation does not continue, we normally delete or anonymize contact data within one year after the last meaningful interaction, unless the law requires a longer period.

Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in Google Analytics 4. Vercel server logs are short-lived and kept only as needed for operation and security.

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure of data, restriction of processing, and data portability where GDPR allows it.

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, email gdpr@yobikoe.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request. We handle GDPR requests free of charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

Right to complain

You can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including secured systems, access controls, encryption where suitable, and provider security controls.

If a personal data breach is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will inform you and the relevant authority as required by GDPR.

Children under 16

This website is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn that such data was provided without proper consent, we will delete it.
